Order Processing Time
At Babysling.com, it is our priority to provide the best customer service possible – we strive to deliver all shipments in a timely fashion.
Generally, processing time is between 24 to 48 hours during business week. For orders placed on the weekend, processing time will start on Monday at 9am eastern time. For overnight delivery, orders submitted before 12:00 PM (on a business day) can expect delivery the following day*.
Shipments to U.S. addresses that do not qualify for overnight delivery (for example, if shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or P.O. Boxes) will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which generally takes 1-3 business days.
*Please allow one extra business day if a holiday or a weekend falls on or between the order date and expected delivery date or if it is our peak season.
